How to register

Registration for our summer 2026 ceremonies has now closed.

If you haven't registered a choice of how you would like to graduate, as long as you are eligible, you will automatically graduate in absentia and receive your certificate through the post following the summer ceremonies.

 

 

Guest tickets

Advance ticket sales are now closed.

Graduating students who registered to attend a ceremony by 12 noon on Friday 12 June were able to purchase up to two guest tickets during registration, as well as one additional ticket during the extra ticket sales period. 

 

Gown and hood hire

The deadline to pre-order your graduation gown was 12 noon on Monday 29 June. 

If you didn't manage to order your gown in advance, don't worry. You can still hire one on the day of your ceremony.

Parking

Parking for the quiet ceremonies will be available outside the Trent Building, at the top of Jubilee Avenue. Our parking attendants will direct you to the designated parking area.

Booking will be via parking and will cost £10 per vehicle, per ceremony.

Accessible parking  

If you or a member of your party are a blue badge holder, you do not need to pay for parking. You will need to display your badge and complete a form on the day.

When you arrive, ask the parking attendants to direct you to accessible parking. They will give you the form on the day, along with directions to the accessible spaces.
