Guest tickets

Registration has now closed. Graduating students who registered to attend a ceremony by 12 noon on Friday 12 June were able to purchase up to two guest tickets during the registration process at a cost of £15 each.

Guest tickets will be issued as wristbands, which allow entry to the ceremony hall. All tickets and wristbands will be handed out at check-in on the day of your ceremony.

Children under the age of two can sit on the lap of the accompanying adult and don't require their own ticket.

Extra guest tickets

Advance ticket sales are now closed. There may be the option to purchase extra tickets on the day of your ceremony from the marquee outside of David Ross Sports Village. See the table below for availability.

Important information:

The guest ticket sales stand will open at 8.30am each day, except on Wednesday 22 July, when it will open at 9.30am. Tickets can only be purchased on the day of your ceremony.
Extra tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are not limited per student, except for the quiet ceremony (see point below).
For those attending the quiet ceremony, ticket sales will be in the Trent Building foyer and only one additional guest ticket can be purchased due to the limited size of the venue.
Extra tickets cost £15 each, and payment can only be made by card.
Tickets are non-transferable and are for your use only. It is your responsibility to purchase the correct tickets for your ceremony. See our terms and conditions (1.5) for more information.

Live stream venue tickets

There may be the option to purchase live stream venue tickets in person on the day of your ceremony. See the table above for availability.

A ticket provides access to a live stream of the ceremony in the East Midlands Conference Centre and then a post-ceremony celebration event. Tickets cost £7.50 each and include a drink and sweet treat.

Prefer to watch from home?

Ceremonies will be streamed live and are free for you to watch online. Please note, the live stream is only available in real time and will not be accessible after the event.
