Guest tickets

Extra guest tickets | Live stream venue tickets

Each graduating student attending a ceremony is guaranteed two guest tickets, but these must be purchased during registration.

Tickets cost £15 each and can be purchased from 10am on Tuesday 20 October until 12 noon on Friday 13 November via your Tempest Graduation account as part of registration.

Please refer to the email titled "Graduation: Registration is open!" for your Tempest Graduation login email address. Your password is your Student ID.

Guest tickets will be issued as wristbands, which allow entry to the ceremony hall. All tickets and wristbands will be handed out at check-in on the day of your ceremony.

Children under the age of two can sit on the lap of the accompanying adult and don't require their own ticket.

Extra guest tickets

There may be the option to purchase extra guest tickets from 10am on Tuesday 17 November until 12 noon on Friday 27 November, depending on availability.

Further information will be added to this webpage closer to the time.

Important information:

  • Extra tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are, unfortunately, not guaranteed.
  • Ticket sales are limited for each ceremony, and the number of additional tickets available will depend on how many seats remain after the initial release. Extra ticket availability will be listed on this webpage.
  • Extra tickets cost £15 each, and payment can only be made by card.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and are for your use only. It is your responsibility to purchase the correct tickets for your ceremony. See our terms and conditions (1.5) for more information.
  • If any tickets remain after this round of sales, they may be available to purchase in person on the day of your ceremony for £15 each (card payment only). These will also be first-come, first-served and subject to availability. We will update this webpage with details of availability closer to graduation.

Live stream venue tickets

For those who are unable to purchase a ceremony hall ticket (or prefer a quieter venue), there is a live stream venue at East Midlands Conference Centre where you can watch the ceremony and join in the post-ceremony celebrations. Tickets cost £7.50 each and include a celebratory drink and sweet treat.

Live stream venue tickets may be available to purchase from 10am on Tuesday 17 November and also in person on the day of your ceremony.

Further details will be added closer to the ceremonies.

Prefer to watch from home?

Ceremonies will be streamed live and are free for you to watch online. Please note, the live stream is only available in real time and will not be accessible after the event.
