High Content Imaging
Automated high-content imaging for fixed, live-cells and histology sections.
High Content Imaging (HCI) combines automated microscopy with advanced image analysis to capture and analyse large volumes of imaging data quickly and reproducibly. HCI is widely used for drug discovery, phenotypic screening, and live-cell imaging experiments.
Applications
- Drug discovery and compound screening
- Phenotypic screening
- Automated multiwell plate imaging
- Long-term live-cell imaging
- Quantitative fluorescence analysis
- Automated image segmentation and classification
- High-throughput microscopy workflows
