Thanasis works on gravity and in particular Numerical Relativity. He is interested in modeling the dynamics of gravitational systems in General Relativity, as well as in alternative theories of gravity. This modeling process includes PDE analysis and code development. See also his .

Joonas works on phase transitions in particle physics, including both in the context of cosmological thermal history and in neutron star cores.

Swagat is interested in Theoretical Cosmology. His research mainly focuses on Early Universe Physics, Initial Conditions for Inflation, Reheating, Primordial Gravitational Waves, Primordial Black Holes, Dark Matter and Dark Energy.

Elisa's research focuses on astrophysical signatures of axions and axion-like particles, with a broader interest in experimental efforts to detect axions, axion cosmology, and dark matter.

Qi-Xin works on non-perturbative field theories and in particular solitons. He uses lattice field theory to study soliton dynamics, including composite solitons, superradiance and quantum evolution. He is also interested in effective field theories.
