About our commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

All our School committees are responsible for monitoring, developing and delivering our EDI commitments and also ensuring that University policies in this area are implemented within the School. Our People and Development Committee has a special responsibility to oversee and support staff in their induction, career planning, training and workload management. Our Athena SWAN working group takes responsibility for the delivery of our commitments in a Gold Award.
