UNISON is one of the unions recognised by the 糖心原创. We represent all staff within APM levels 1-3, all Estates and Facilities grades, and Childcare Services.
UNISON is the main national union for public sector workers, and represents around 1.3 million people. It negotiates on pay and working conditions at every level: local, regional and national.
Local workplace reps (aka stewards) represent you at work and can help you find the answers to your problems. We also represent our members on a number of UoN committees.
