Why Swim Nottingham?

We are proud to be one of Swim England’s , working closely in partnership with to develop both para swimmers and swimmers to a senior international level, by providing a world-class training environment and financial support through scholarships.

Our primary goal is to nurture and produce the next generation of swimming champions, while empowering them to achieve academic excellence. This partnership ensures that ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ student-athletes receive the best possible support to excel both in their studies and in the pool.

Swimming Scholarships

The partnership between NOVA Centurion and ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ (UoN) offer two types of scholarships: a NOVA swimming scholarship and the UoN sports scholarship.

1. NOVA Swimming Scholarship:
   Up to four annual scholarships are awarded to cover training fees of high-performing student-athletes within the NOVA program.
   
   
2. UoN Sports Scholarship:
   Offers gold, silver, and bronze scholarship packages. Each package includes free access to facilities including UoN Sport and Fitness membership services, additional strength and conditioning access, physiotherapy, performance lifestyle support with academic mentoring, nutrition, sports psychology, and anti-doping advice.

Athletes are eligible to become an UoN Swimming Sports by an expression of interest to the Director of Coaching at NOVA or to become a UoN Sports scholar by application.
