Annual staff memberships

Our annual memberships offer excellent value for money, with 12 months for the price of just 10!

Annual memberships start on the day of purchase and will not automatically renew - you'll receive renewal information from our team on the final month of your membership. 

Cancellations will only be granted in exceptional circumstances, please click here. 

Please note, we also offer payment via salary deduction for ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ employees. If you pay via salary deduction, the annual payment is taken from your salary after tax and national insurance, offering additional savings. 

Staff Health & Fitness Voucher Pass

Our Staff Health & Fitness Voucher Pass offers a flexible way to access our health and fitness facilities. 

Your vouchers allow access to all activities included in our staff sport and fitness membership at all three venues; David Ross Sports Village, Jubilee Sports Centre and Sutton Bonington Sports Centre. 

Please note, the vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and a maximum of 2 vouchers can be used per day.

Disability Referral Membership

Here at ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ Sport, we are committed to reducing barriers to participation in sport and physical activity. Disabled members of staff, may be eligible for a 50% discount on any of our annual membership packages.

This discount is available to people who hold one of the following:

• Blue Badge
• Mobility Citycard
• Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter
• Disability Living Allowance (DLA) letter

Health and Wellbeing Suite bolt ons

For UoN sport and fitness members, we offer a bolt on to your membership package with unlimited access to the Health and Wellbeing Suite. For more information and to purchase, please click here. 

Direct relatives

Staff sports and fitness members may add up to three friends and family members to their membership at any one time. These friends and family members will pay the same annual / monthly membership fee for our staff package.

Linked membership is available for friends and family aged 16 years and over. 

Enrolment for this offer may be completed at any of our sports centres - the current sports and fitness member must be present at the time of joining, but will not then need to accompany you on future visits. 

If aged 16 or 17, please note you will need to provide contact details of a parent or guardian at the time of joining.

Linked memberships for children (aged under 16)

Exclusively for our student, staff, alumni and associate UoN sport and fitness members we now offer a linked membership for children aged under 16.

For just £30.00 for 12 months, you can bring your child with you to enjoy a great range of fun activities - with no additional charge per visit. 

Activities available are;

• Swimming (David Ross Sports Village)
• Climbing and bouldering on our indoor climbing wall (David Ross Sports Village)
• Squash courts
• Indoor courts - badminton, basketball, netball, volleyball and table tennis 
• Outdoor courts - tennis, netball, 3 v 3 basketball

Please note, you will need to purchase a linked membership for each individual child you would like to bring with you.
