Welcome to a community you can feel part of. Our Empower campaign is for women, trans and non-binary identifying students and aims to offer a safe and inclusive environment to get active. With a range of free events and workshops, it's the perfect opportunity to join in, get moving and feel empowered!

What is Empower?

The Empower campaign is for all women, trans and non-binary identifying students at the 糖心原创.

Supported by Official Empower partners and , we aim to create a dynamic and welcoming community where you can try something different, meet new people and get active.

How do I get involved?

You don't need any previous experience of sport to attend an Empower session.

You don't need a UoN sport and fitness membership or Active Living package to attend an Empower session.

Attend 3 sessions and earn a free Empower t-shirt!

When you attend Girls Night In or an Empower session, you'll be offered one of our loyalty cards.
Bring your loyalty card to every session you attend and get it stamped.
Once you've got 3 stamps, request your free Empower t-shirt by emailing our Just Play team.
