NRC facilities
The brand-new National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) will be located at the Stanford Hall Rehabilitation Estate and will share facilities with the . The Centre will provide patients and staff with access to outdoor spaces across the Stanford Hall Rehabilitation Estate.
Such facilities include an outdoor treatment facility, 5km mixed-use cross-country trail, 1km trim trail, a hand cycle route, mini golf course, lake, parkland and woodland. The NRC will also have access to facilities and equipment within the DMRC including:
- Hydrotherapy pools
- Gait laboratory
- Prosthetics laboratory and exercise area
- Radiology: x-ray, bone density DEXA scanners, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
- Computer Assisted Rehabilitation Environment (CAREN)
