The Digital Mental Health and Wellbeing research group aims to:
MindTech is currently investigating how digital technologies – such as smartphone apps – can be used to deliver evidence-based therapies for young people with Tourette’s Syndrome.
We are currently conducting research exploring the helping behaviours (‘mental health first aid’) that university students may provide to a friend experiencing a mental health problem, and how online training courses may help students’ abilities to support a friend experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.
