About Introduction to CS Systems
- In the Welcome to the Machine activity during Welcome Week, all postgraduate MSc students will be introduced to key computer systems, which will be used as part of your studies. This will take place in A32, which is the main Computer Lab in the Computer Science Building.
- Details about which group you have been put into will be shared on your first day and via the Moodle Community Hub.

Andrew Parkes - Director of Postgraduate Taught (MSc courses)
- As the Director of Postgraduate Studies, Andrew oversees all postgraduate MSc programmes, including teaching, course design, and student progression.
- Andrew also chairs Student‑Staff Forums three times a year to gather feedback and implement changes to improve your experience.
