EEF Promising Projects and Early Maths Guidance Report
A project led by Professor Nicola Pitchford, Anthea Gulliford, Marc Faulder, and Dr Laura Outhwaite, has been selected by the Education Endowment Foundation as one of 18 Promising Projects, following a recent . This project uses apps designed by onebillion to support the acquisition of basic maths skills in young children aged 3-7 years. The Nottingham team has developed implementation and training materials to ensure schools deliver the apps with fidelity. The project is being scaled in the which is open to all primary schools in the county. The project was also highlighted in the new with five recommendations to improve early maths.
