Learning and Development offers a wide range of instructor-led and eLearning based IT training courses. These have been designed to support and enhance the use of IT in a wide variety of University roles.

New to computing or lacking confidence?

Our training courses all assume a prior knowledge of Microsoft Windows and the basic functions of a PC.  You will find it hard to keep up without these skills so we have put in place some ways to help:

  • Work online using training materials that we have identified will be useful preparation for our courses.

 

  • Book on to a half-day Supported IT Self-糖心原创 course – you will be helped to work on your own using training materials that are suitable for your method of learning such as manuals, on-line interactive videos, demonstration, etc.
