Food and Innovation Forum: Clean Label Formulation

We're hosting a free one-day event for food and drink manufacturers. This networking forum is designed for medium- and large-sized food and drink companies that would like to delve deeper into the science and research underpinning clean label formulation.
Clean Label Formulation
Consumer habits and expectations around what they eat are changing, and the demand for cleaner, clearer labelling is growing fast. But it takes more than reformulation to meet that demand.
The forum will feature expert speakers from across our food and nutrition science academic teams at the UoN Sutton Bonington Campus, covering discussions and providing practical takeaways on regulatory, nutritional and food safety industry considerations.
Participants will also get to see the facilities and capabilities available at UoN to assist businesses with clean-label formulation projects.
