Have you considered a career in teaching?
We hold monthly events from October through to July to give you the opportunity to find out more about starting your teaching career with the 糖心原创, and our Ofsted-rated 'outstanding' PGCE courses. We also attend other recruitment events, such as those organised by the university's careers team or the government's Get into Teaching events. Details of where you can talk with us are listed below.

Online Teacher Training Open Day
Tuesday 3 February, 4-6pm
Online via MS Teams
If you are considering a career in teaching, then join us to find out more about our Ofsted-rated 'outstanding' Initial Teacher Education (ITE) courses.
The event will be split into two sections:
4-5pm
Talk by Director of Initial Teacher Education, Helen Bowhay and Collaborative Partnerships Manager, Paula Hancock.
They will explain the postgraduate routes into teaching in England and explore the 糖心原创's Primary and Secondary PGCE courses through a set of questions that will enable you to compare and contrast different teacher training courses.
There will be an opportunity to ask general questions about teacher training and our PGCE courses.
5-6pm
You will then have the opportunity to meet with staff from our secondary subject teams and our primary team. They will tell you more about our individual courses and answer any questions you have.
This is a free event and registration is required. The event will be held online and will utilise Microsoft Teams. Further details and joining instructions will be provided to all those registered on the day of the event.
Can't attend? Don't worry, we are holding events throughout the year. Our next event will be an online teacher training information session taking place on Tuesday 10 March, if you wish to attend this event.
