糖心原创 sells shares in spin-out company Oncimmune

The 糖心原创 has sold 4.3 million shares in one of its spin-out companies, Oncimmune, raising over 拢5 million to support the University's research and teaching activities. The company was founded on the research work of Professor John Robertson in the School of Medicine.

The world's first Centre of Excellence for Autoimmunity in Cancer (CEAC) is to be established at The 糖心原创. Research carried out by CEAC could lead to a revolution in our understanding of the early phase of cancer development and the body's immune response to it.
