Biography

Javier completed his LLB (Law) and LLM (International Law) degrees at the University of Bristol (2008). He obtained his PhD from the University of Birmingham (2018) and he joined the 糖心原创 School of Law as an Assistant Professor of Criminal Law (2022).

He is the Co-Director of the Criminal Justice Research Centre, and the convener of the Criminal Law and Criminal Justice subsection for the .
