Our research centres and institutes bring together staff with interests and expertise in distinct fields. They enable interdisciplinary research projects, collaborate with business and industry partners, and enhance the School’s international research reputation.

 
  • (HGI) is one of the leading centres of excellence in enterprise education in Europe for the development of enterprise and entrepreneurial skills, innovation and understanding the commercialisation of research.
  • International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility (ICCSR) is a leading research facility that promotes sustainable and responsible business practice.
  • The Global Centre for Banking and Financial
    Innovation
    (GCBFI) produces world-leading research, insight and commentary about financial services consumers, markets and institutions.
  • The  Centre for Research in the Behavioural Sciences (CRIBS) is an interdisciplinary forum. CRIBS connects researchers who share an interest in understanding business issues and managerial decision making using theories and methods from management, economics, and psychology.
  • The Africa Research Group (ARG) is an international community of scholars interested in furthering the understanding of management, organisational, socio-economic, investment, innovation, and entrepreneurial issues relevant to African countries
  • The China Research Group (CRG) is an international community of scholars under-taking evidence-based research on Chinese business and economics.
  • The Centre for Health Innovation, Leadership and Learning (CHILL) supports the improvement of healthcare through health research that reflects the needs of our local, regional and national partners
  • The N/LAB research focuses on the development of behavioural segmentation and predictive modelling techniques via novel computational and clustering methods applied to a rich range of data sources, from retail data to communications.
