When you receive your provisional Clearing offer, this will include a link to apply for accommodation.

This link takes you to a web form, where you’ll be able to tell us what accommodation you’d prefer. You can find more details about the various options on our accommodation page.

Once you’ve accepted your Clearing offer, your details will become visible on our accommodation system. This could take a few days.

We’ll then allocate a room to you, and you’ll receive an email offering you the accommodation, with full terms and conditions and the payment schedule.

You'll need to accept the room by logging into the accommodation portal. Then, you can prepare for your arrival.

• The earlier you apply for accommodation, the better your chances of getting your preferred option (although there's no deadline to apply).
• If you want to discuss the room you’ve been offered, contact our Accommodation team using their live chat, which will be on the Accommodation pages throughout Clearing.
