To process applications as quickly as possible a full picture of your financial situation helps us get funds where they are needed most.
Please read our guidance notes before making an application, they contain information on the application process including eligibility criteria, deadlines, available payments, and outcome of decisions. Once we receive your supporting documents. financial assessments can take up to five weeks.

The majority of applications submitted in 2026/27 have not included statements for all banking/savings accounts in the applicant's name. This increases processing times and risks the application being declined. Please therefore make sure you submit all required evidence. If you are unsure how to produce statements for the required dates via online or mobile banking, please contact your bank before submitting your application. If you have any questions prior to submitting your application please drop a line to team, we'll be happy to help.
