Unintentional Injuries: A guide for practitioners working with children aged under 5 years

 

Public Health England and the Child Accident Prevention Trust (CAPT) have produced , which draws heavily on the findings from the  led by Professor Denise Kendrick in the Division of Primary Care.  Funded by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR), this programme aimed to increase evidence-based child injury prevention.

Findings from the Keeping Children Safe Research Programme were used to create   (endorsed by NICE) and a resource for commisisoners - . 

Members of the Keeping Children Safe Research Team have presented some of their findings at launch events across the country during March 2017.
