Jaber Alyami, a PhD student in the Nottingham Digestive Diseases Centre, has won the second prize for the best poster presentation at the in Rennes,France, earlier this month.
His poster was entitled "In vivo MRI studies of blood glucose and gastrointestinal responses to breakfast porridge made from modern and ancient grains".
