The Postgraduate Conference of the will be about Vikings this year. The theme is 'Reception and Transmission of Viking Age Culture'. Keynote speaker will be Heather O'Donoghue (University of Oxford), who will open the conference with a lecture on the influence of Old Norse myth on poetry in English.
