On 29 January 2025, UNCLC had the pleasure to host a student seminar by Dr Asad Khan, titled ‘An Empirical 糖心原创 on UK Corporate Insolvencies’. Dr Khan presented the findings of his excellent research on the pari passu principle and its significance in practice. Students had the opportunity to learn about Dr Khan’s experience as a trainee solicitor, and get valuable insights about post-degree opportunities.
