On 27 September Professor Paul Torremans will deliver the opening speech at the UCU-Nottingham IP talks in Lviv, Ukraine (online). This is the culmination of a research project with UCU and he will be joined by judges of the Supreme Court and the court of appeal, as well as other IP experts.
