On 23 November 2023, Professor Paul Torremans launched his new book (with Professor Duncan Matthews, QMUL) 'European Patent Law: The Unified Patent Court and the European Patent Convention.', published by DeGruyter. At a lavish event, kindly hosted by Kilburn & Strode in London, Prof Torremans and Professor Matthews presented the book and there then was a panel discussion with Lord Justice Birss, Richard Davis KC and Professor Franzeska Papadopoulou, chaired by Gwilym Roberts.
