On 12 September 2023, Professor Estelle Derclaye presented her paper “The sui generis right – An empirical analysis of the Member States case law” at the 18th  in Krakow, Poland. On 13 September 2023, Professor Derclaye also talked at a panel on intellectual property overlaps together with Professor Irene Calboli (Texas A&M University), Professor Annette Kur (Max Planck Institute) and Alex Cuntz (economist at WIPO).
