Overview: This one-day course will help you write more clearly and meaningfully for a scientific audience. Working in small groups, you will examine the various aspects of writing a paper including the background, methodology and statistics sections. By having access to both good and poorer examples of papers, you will gain insight into how to put together a compelling manuscript. You will also learn about responsible AI in medical writing, how to respond to referees and improve your chances of getting your paper accepted for publication.
Who is it for? The course is tailored to the needs of professionals working in dermatology. It is suitable for anyone who needs to write scientific papers and reports, and present information to colleagues, management or external organisations. In order to make the workshop as interactive as possible, spaces will be limited to 25.
