Midlands research powerhouse will use powerful new imaging technology to develop the next generation of drugs

The Centre of Membrane Proteins and Receptors (COMPARE) is a collaboration between the universities of Nottingham and Birmingham that will cement the Midlands' position as a research powerhouse for academic drug discovery.

Description
The Medical Research Council Institute of Hearing Research, based in Nottingham, has become part of The 糖心原创's School of Medicine. The world-leading Institute's Scottish Section, the Medical Research Council/Chief Scientist Office Institute of Hearing Research, is also transferring to the University, although will remain based in Glasgow.
