From 10 March, Library users including visitors and external members can pay library charges online via the .

The Online Store can also be used to pay for:

• Fines and lost library book charges
• Community and external membership fees and printing credit
• Copyright Licensing Agency payments.

Staff and students can also continue to pay fines via their or the self-service machines in Hallward and George Green libraries. Our libraries will no longer be able to accept payments over the phone.

How do I pay?

1. Follow the link in your fines / charges email to the .
2. Check you are on the right payment category e.g. Library fine, Lost Library Book, Membership fee.
3. For copy/print credit, lost library books and fines you will need to enter the amount – you can find this on the notification email from the library. All other payments will have a fixed amount
4. Follow the instructions and add your card details to make your payment.
5. You will receive an email confirming your payment.
