Dr Reza Beheshti has joined the Subject-matter Experts’ Group in a project established and run by The Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) on the Private International Law Issues relating to Digital Tokens.
The exploratory phase of this project has just been concluded and the group recommended that the future work on digital tokens should take a holistic approach of considering jurisdiction and applicable law issues also in light of issues relating to recognition and enforcement.
