It was a pleasure to welcome guest speaker, Professor  for our  Annual Lecture on Tuesday 13 February.

Laurence presented on the topic 'Public procurement reforms in Francophone African countries: sustainability and/or localism?'

This lecture gave an overview of the ongoing public procurement and PPP reform process in North, Ouest and Central African countries with a focus on SPP and trade issues.
