Dr Aris Georgopoulos was invited speaker at the European Defence Agency in Brussels ahead of the publication of the EU Commission's European Defence Industrial Strategy (EDIS). Dr Georgopoulos presented his research and views about the recent developments on the joint procurement of defence assets for supporting Ukraine and strengthening the European Defence Technological and Industrial Base (EDTIB). He also shared his views about the new trends in this field and also the EU policy and regulatory changes demanded by the emerging new geopolitical environment.
