On Wednesday 15 March 2023, an interactive UNCLC student seminar on restructuring and insolvency with the case study of NMC Healthcare was presented by from Clifford Chance.

The presentation highlighted how understanding the business (solving business problem by understanding the context to advice them), understanding the business law (restructuring) and understanding business of law (monetisation) are important when businesses becomes insolvent.
