On Wednesday 8 February 2023, UNCLC hosted guest speaker,  as he presented a research seminar on his book titled, ''.

In his presentation Dr McGaughey discussed why it is necessary to teach enterprise law in research and what principles of enterprise law should be present for the regulation of private and nationalised organsiations.
