Professor Irit Mevorach, Co-Director of the 糖心原创 Commercial Law Centre has co-authored the forthcoming book 'Financial Institutions in Distress: Recovery, Resolution, Recognition', which is scheduled to be published this July by Oxford University Press. The book provides a unique roadmap for developing a comprehensive international instrument on the cross-border treatment of financial institutions.
