ISS would like to congratulate Karolina Trdlicova who passed her viva with minor corrections in August. Her thesis is entitled ‘Bioenergy with Carbon Capture and Storage and Shale Gas: A comparative discourse analysis of two energy technologies in the context of the UK’s net zero transition’.

We also would like to pass on congrats to Kathleen Salter, who also passed with minor corrections in August. Kat’s thesis is entitled ‘Towards a Socially Legitimate Ethical Review of Animal Research: Advancing the field of ‘Public Engagement with Ethics’. Well done both.
