We are happy to start the New Year with the good news that Dr Simeon Zahl will be joining the department on 1 April.  Simeon has been appointed Assistant Professor in Systematic Theology, replacing Dr Simon Oliver and taking a particular lead in our distance learning programme.

Simeon is a Harvard graduate and Cambridge PhD, with seven years of research and teaching experience at both Cambridge and Oxford. With interests across a broad range of theological topics, he is going to be an excellent addition to our existing strengths in teaching and research, particularly in Protestantism.
