Congratulations to Dr Holger Zellentin who has been promoted to Associate Professor, effective from 1st August.

Holger, who joined the department in 2011, researches and teaches in Jewish Studies, specialising on rabbinic literature, and the interaction between Judaism, Islam and Christianity in Late Antiquity.

Holger's undergraduate modules include 'Introduction to Islam', 'Rabbinic Judaism' and 'Explaining Religion' and he is currently Senior Tutor in the department.
