This event, hosted and funded by the Centre for Economic and Business History and the Institute for Medieval Research at Nottingham, will consist of three roundtable discussions (no set papers) in which participants will have the opportunity to discuss medieval borough court research and surviving collections of these records, and will be able to compare and contrast this research with other types of court evidence. Participants will introduce their own research which has utilised court records in order to stimulate further discussion. Tea and coffee will be available throughout the day.
