Carole Mallia taught in the Department of History for over 10 years. She passed away in the summer, after a long and difficult respiratory illness. A Magnolia Soulangeana has been planted in Dr Mallia’s memory in the grounds of Lenton Grove. There will be a brief ceremony of dedication at 12.15pm on Wednesday 5 November. We will assemble in the picnic area to the rear of Lenton Grove.
