Human Rights Film Series - Lifer Living with Murder

In collaboration with the UoN Pro Bono Society, the HRLC will be hosting the next screening of the 2023/24 Human Rights Film Series on Wednesday, 1st of May at 17:00. 

Join us in the Hallward Library Screening Room (LG40), where we will be screening Rex Bloomstein's 'Lifer: Living with Murder', a documentary which explores the long-term impact of life sentences on prisoners in the UK. The screening will be followed by an expert-led discussion on the issues depicted within the film, facilitated by Dr Jason Warr, Associate Professor in Criminology and co-director of the Criminal Justice Research Unit.
