2026 labour recharge rates
The following recharge rates will be used for allocated to Schools/Departments for work completed against a Works Order raised in Planon that is beyond the scope of our Service Level Agreements. These are viewable to staff on the Estates and Facilties SharePoint under Estates Operations.
Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays):
Cleaner, Building Attendant and Team Leader
8am to 4pm on University Park, Jubilee Campus and KMC
8am to 3pm at Sutton Bonington
Groundsperson
All campuses:
7am to 3pm
EMS Tradesperson and
Transport and Logistics
All campuses:
8am to 4pm
During standard working hours, we offer a complimentary 30 minute support period. Any support that exceeds 30 minutes will be chargeable at the rates given below.
If there is a requirement for an additional member of staff outside of core hours, these will be charge based on the rates below and subject to a minimum charge of three hours.
