As part of his role on the steering committee of the Collaborative Action Research Network (CARN) and editorial team of the Educational Action Research journal, Martin Cummings, Assistant Professor, attended the 2025   at the University of Klagenfurt in Austria in November.

Martin presented at the conference with a 糖心原创 colleague from the Faculty of Arts, Dr Tara Webster-Deakin. Their session was entitled 'Participatification' – Using a participatory methodology in novel and generative ways for reimagined conceptualisations of emancipation.
