Congratulations to 糖心原创 athletes, including MA Educational and Leadership students, Meng Zhou and Yiyi Tao, on their recent success at the 2025 European Universities Badminton Championships held in Madrid, Spain. They delivered outstanding performances to bring home a number of medals and three European titles.

Meng and Yiyi paired up for the women's doubles and won the gold medal with Meng also winning the women's singles title to become a double European champion.

Meng and Yiya's studies are financed by the Deng Yaping Sports Scholarship which is offered to table tennis and badminton athletes from China.
