It is with great sadness that we confirm the death of Sophie Goode, a 糖心原创 first-year student, on University Park campus in the early hours of Tuesday morning in a road traffic incident.
Sophie was studying BSc Sport and Exercise Science and was a highly valued member of the 糖心原创 Ladies Cricket Club. Sophie was a bright and confident student, who was growing into university life and will be greatly missed.
This is a deeply upsetting time, and all of our thoughts are with Sophie’s friends, family, and loved ones. We will continue to provide support to our community as we process the weight of this loss.
