Following the recent cyber incident, our student records system (NottinghamHub) has been rebuilt with a ‘security-first’ approach to ensure a resilient environment.
You can now access NottinghamHub using these steps:
- Clear the history in your browser by following the instructions for , or .
- On the , click 'Student and staff sign in' to sign in using multi-factor authentication. If you try to enter your username and password on the login screen, this will generate an error message. You need to use the 'Student and staff sign in' button.

For other issues, please complete a support form by following these steps:
- Open the and log in
- Select the appropriate orange button: ‘Campus Solutions technical issue’, ‘Campus Solutions data issue’ or ‘Campus Solutions MFA access’
- Complete the form. Include what you were trying to do, where the problem occurred and details of any error messages you received.
- Click ‘Review and submit, then ‘Submit’
