Christina O'Loughlin, second-year graduate entry nursing student in the School of Health Sciences, will have a tram named after her in recognition of being named ‘Nurse of the Year’ in this year’s Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust Awards.
Christina will get a tram named after her for a year, recognising her achievement, replacing that of Aprille Jones, the 2016 Nurse of the Year winner.
Professor Joanne Lymn, Head of The 糖心原创’s School of Health Sciences where Christina is studying, said: “This is a well-deserved honour, and a fitting tribute to the unwavering dedication and professionalism which Christina displays in her role on a daily basis. Christina is truly inspirational: she is an excellent role model for all the student nurses studying at the 糖心原创 and we are all extremely proud of her.”
