The LLR Creative Health Network is a new interdisciplinary network (part of the University of Leicester Heritage Hub, with support from the Institute for Precision Health), which aims to promote interdisciplinary, community-based collaborations for Creative Health, and share research resources across the region to directly benefit the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities through the arts, creativity and culture.
The LLR Creative Health Network is currently undertaking research to map creative health activity across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR), exploring how arts, culture and creativity support health and wellbeing across the region.
As part of this work, the LLR Creative Health Network is inviting organisations, groups, freelancers and practitioners involved in creative health activity to complete a short survey. Survey responses will help:
- build a clearer picture of creative health provision across LLR;
- identify opportunities and challenges; and
- inform the future development of the LLR Creative Health Network.

The deadline for completing the survey is Tuesday 30 June 2026.
Additionally, the LLR Creative Health Network is hosting a public engagement event on Friday 19 June 2026 at the Creative Health & Heritage Centre, Glenfield Hospital.
The event will bring together people working across arts, culture, health and community sectors to network, take part in discussions and creative activities, and contribute further insights to the project.
